Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani has ruled out any clash between him and President Asif Ali Zardari. He said that he had forwarded the summary regarding local governments to president on which he would take the final decision. He said that the decision however would be taken with consultation. Talking to media during his visit to PIMS hospital he said that local government ordinance was an important step towards provincial autonomy. He said that the government would work more for the provincial autonomy. He said that people were facing problems because of load shedding and patrol prices however their sufferings were for future benefit. He said that electricity crisis was a challenge but it would be resolved. He said that cabinet changing would be made in consultation with president. He said that the government was paying off the loans that were taken by the former government.
