RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, will hold an important press conference today at 4pm to brief the media on the prevailing Pakistan-Afghanistan situation.
The DG of Inter-Services Public Relations is expected to provide details regarding recent developments along the Pak-Afghan border and the ongoing military response.
It is pertinent to note that Pakistan’s Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq continues following what officials described as an unprovoked attack by the Afghan Taliban regime last night.
According to reports, 133 Taliban fighters have been killed and over 200 injured in retaliatory strikes by Pakistani forces. Military headquarters, tanks, artillery units, and multiple check posts of the Afghan Taliban were reportedly destroyed during the operation.
