ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik met Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki, during which matters of mutual interest were discussed.

Malik congratulated the Saudi ambassador on the successful organization of the Future Minerals Forum, while Pakistan and Saudi Arabia agreed to enhance cooperation in the energy and minerals sectors.

He said the Future Minerals Forum held in Riyadh provided an important platform for strengthening Pakistan–Saudi energy cooperation. He added that the brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia would translate into tangible outcomes in the form of investment, technology transfer, and joint ventures.

The Saudi ambassador appreciated Pakistan’s active participation in the Future Minerals Forum and said that continued engagement between the two countries was vital to expanding cooperation in the minerals
