PTI nominated KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi for a meeting with its founder, while police began security preparations amid possible lockdown movement activities near Adiala Road.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has nominated Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi for a meeting with the party’s founder.
According to a list sent to jail authorities by Salman Akram, six names have been included, among them the KP chief minister.
The list also includes cabinet members Meena Khan Afridi, Shafi Jan, and Fakhar Jahan, along with Falak Naz and Ijaz Khan.
Meanwhile, there is a possibility of a contact campaign related to a lockdown movement around Adiala Road on February 8 under the leadership of KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi.
Sources said police have begun preparing a security plan in view of the expected activities.
