Islamabad High Court grants two-day protective bail to Imaan Mizari and Hadi Ali Chatha, orders Rs 10,000 surety each, after FIR leak allegations and new FIR emergence.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Islamabad High Court has granted a two-day protective bail to Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha, preventing their immediate arrest.
The court directed both individuals to approach the relevant court within two days.
Justice Azam Khan heard the bail request and ordered Imaan Mazari and Chatha to deposit Rs10,000 each as surety. The protective bail comes after allegations surfaced regarding the leaking of an FIR against them.
Following the emergence of a new FIR against the duo, the legal branch of the District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad was sealed after orders from senior police officials. Sources said that staff members have been accused of leaking the FIR.

The original FIR against Iman Mizari and Hadi Ali Chatha was registered in July, but they had not secured bail at that time. Both have been present at the high court seeking protective bail since yesterday.
