President Zardari pays tribute to Polish experts for role in shaping PAF on Poland's Independence Day

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) President Asif Ali Zardari has paid tribute to Polish engineers, pilots, and technicians for their significant contribution to the formation of the Pakistan Air Force on the occasion of Poland’s Independence Day.

Extending greetings to the people of Poland on their 107th Independence Day, the President said that Pakistan and Poland have enjoyed relations based on mutual respect and cooperation since 1962. He noted that bilateral ties have expanded to include trade, defense, education, and culture.

President Zardari appreciated the successful holding of the ninth round of political consultations in Warsaw in July 2025 and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to enhancing cooperation in energy, agriculture, science and technology, and education.

He acknowledged the vital role played by Polish experts in the formative years of the Pakistan Air Force and expressed Pakistan’s desire to further strengthen bilateral relations, extending best wishes for the prosperity and well-being of the people of Poland.
