One killed in Daska road accident

DASKA (Dunya News) – One person was killed and another sustained critical injuries in a tragic road accident in Daska, a city in Sialkot district of Punjab province, on late Monday night, Dunya News reported.

According to details, the accident occurred in Jamke Chima area of Daska where a speeding tractor-trolley ran over a motorcycle, killing one person on the spot and injuring another.

Police and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and shifted the dead and injured to hospital. According to police, the deceased was identified as 17-year-old Abdur Rehman.

Police sources informed that the driver of tractor-trolley managed to escape from the scene after the accident.
