ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A court on Saturday extended the physical remand of former NCCIA Deputy Director Muhammad Usman by two more days in a bribery case.

The hearing was conducted by Judicial Magistrate Naeem Watto, following the expiration of Usman’s initial three-day physical remand. The FIA had requested the extension to continue its investigation.

According to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Usman allegedly misused his official powers and collected monthly bribes from multiple call centers under his authority.

The FIA is continuing its probe into the allegations, with further questioning expected during the extended remand period.
