New spell of rain, snowfall likely tomorrow

Widespread rain with snowfall over the hills is expected in Balochistan.

According to Metrological Department, a fresh western disturbance is likely to affect Balochistan from Saturday and will extend to upper parts of Pakistan on Sunday and Monday.In next 24 hours, mainly cold & dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, however isolated rain and snowfall over the hills may occur in Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas.Met Office also reported that widespread rain with snowfall over the hills is expected in Balochistan and isolated rain may occur in KPK, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir in next 48 hours.Lowest temperature recorded in Kalam was -14 degrees celsius, Parachinar -11 degrees celsius, Kalat -10 degrees celsius, Mallamjabba -09 degrees celsius, Skardu, Astore and Rawalakot -08 degrees celsius.
