ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Information Minister Atta Tarar said on Friday that Pakistan’s historic victory against India had greatly boosted the country’s respect on the world stage, stressing that the nation stood united “shoulder to shoulder” during the battle of narratives.

Speaking at a CPNE event, Tarar noted that India leveled baseless accusations against Pakistan over the Pahalgam incident without a shred of evidence. “We fought the war of words and came out on top,” he remarked.

The minister praised Pakistan’s media for playing a constructive role in shaping global opinion, saying it “carried the state’s narrative across borders.” He added that the country’s air force “wrote history in the skies,” while the nation stood like a rock against Indian aggression.

“With this triumph, a new Pakistan has emerged on the world map,” Tarar said, adding that India’s arrogance of regional power has been brought down a peg.
