Vow to weed out Indian-sponsored terrorists
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi have condemned terrorists attack on security forces, which claimed three precious lives of the soldiers of Pakistan Army, including a major, in Mastung.
The PM on Wednesday strongly condemned the attack by terrorists of Fitna al-Hindustan. He paid tribute to Pakistan Army’s Major Muhammad Rizwan Tahir, Naik Ibn Ameen, and Lance Naik Muhammad Younas, who were martyred in the attack, PM Office Media Wing said in a press release.
The prime minister prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and expressed condolences to their families.
He also commended the security forces for killing four terrorists of Fitna al-Hindustan in a retaliatory operation.
The prime minister said the sacrifices of the security forces in the fight against terrorism were unparalleled.
He also reiterated the resolve to completely eliminate all forms of terrorism from the country.
In his message, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti condemned the attack, adding the enemy’s intentions will not succeed.
“The sacrifices of our soldiers will not go in vain. We will respond to the enemy on every front. Major Rizwan Tahir and his companions laid down their lives for the motherland,” the CM said.
In his condolence message, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said, "The entire nation is indebted to the martyrs. Every act of terrorism will be accounted for.
“The killers will be brought to justice. The nation stands with its martyrs and we will not abandon their families.”
The minister expressed condolences with the bereaved families and said the people of Pakistan always support them in the time of pain and sorrow.
