All women toppers belong to the same school
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - The Peshawar Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has announced the results of the 2025 annual matriculation examinations, with a pass percentage of 83.5 percentage.
According to the results of the 2025 matriculation exams, three female students from the same school stunned everyone by securing the top three positions.
The students who achieved the first, second, and third positions all belong to Peshawar Model School Girls Branch 2.
Fatima Jugno secured the first position with 1,180 marks, Sarah Imran came in second with 1,178 marks, while Yusra, Shamila, and Aina Shoaib, also from the same school, jointly secured the third position with 1,176 marks each.
The provincial government awarded cash prizes of Rs120,000 to the first-position holder, Rs90,000 to the second-position holder, and Rs80,000 to the third-position holder.
According to the official document, a total of 91,589 students appeared in the Peshawar Board’s matriculation exams, of which 76,484 passed. On the other hand, 101,888 students participated in the 9th-grade examinations, with 61,753 passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 98.8 percent.
