'Memo BlackBerry possibly misused'

Rehman Malik says it is possible a BlackBerry was wrongly issued in Haqqanis name to set him up.

He also said Nawaz is talking against democracy but nobody would be allowed to harm it.Addressing PPP workers and talking to the media in tehsil Jaranwala, Faisalabad, Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that Pakistan is an independent country and Mansoor Ijaz will not be allowed to come to Pakistan without visa.Malik said that there is no importance of memo as only an official document can be called a memo.He said that there is a possibility that somebody got issued a BlackBerry in Hussain Haqqani’s name and then contacted Mansoor Ijaz by using the same.Malik assured that court orders regarding early preparation of fresh voter lists are being acted upon and staff has been deputed to work days and nights till February.People have given the PPP mandate for five years which should be completed, he said.He alleged that N-League always stabbed democracy whenever it had a chance.He said that Nawaz Sharif has forgotten all the promises to strengthen democracy which he had made while sitting in London.Some forces have turned against democracy after watching success of projects of public welfare, he said.The federal minister also inaugurated passport office in Jaranwala.
