Federal cabinet has decided that all government employees would have to declare their assets.

Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the Federal Cabinet, held with Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in the chair, has decided that all public servants will declare their assets and make them public.“Every one who gets salary from government exchequer, whether from judiciary, armed forces or any other department, will be bound to declare his assets and make them public,” the minister said while giving details of the Cabinet’s decisions.
