Memo case: Federations reply represents President, PM, says AG

AGP said the federations reply regarding the memo case also represents the President and the PM.

Talking to media outside the Supreme Court, Attorney General of Pakistan Maulvi Anwar-ul-Haq said that the reply of the federation submitted to the Supreme Court in memo case also represents the President and the prime minister, however the prime minister is chief executive of the country as per constitution.He said completion of hearing is expected tomorrow which will decide whether the petitions regarding memo case should be entertained in the SC or rejected.
