MADINA (Web Desk) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif offered Friday prayers at Masjid-e-Nabawi and paid respect at Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH).

The prime minister is on four-day official visit to Saudi Arabia.
After the prayers, the prime minister left for Makkah via train along with his delegation to perform Umrah.
Earlier, Shehbaz Sharif had reached Madina to pay respect at Roza-e-Rasool.
Madina Governor Prince Salman bin Sultan al-Saud welcomed the prime minister at the airport.

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz are also accompanying the prime minister.
Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Jeddah.
PM Shehbaz and Saudi crown prince discussed matters of mutual interests, bilateral relations, ways to boost cooperation in various fields, and the latest regional and international developments.
Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir and other senior officials of PM delegation were also present in the meeting.
The two sides discussed expanding trade, enhancing strategic partnerships and deepening economic collaboration.
Prime Minister’s visit underscores the deep-rooted historical relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and will pave the way for increased mutual understanding, enhanced cooperation in trade, investment and greater diplomatic coordination.
