RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Six terrorists have been killed in an operation carried out by security forces near the Pak-Afghan border in North Waziristan.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was launched in the Spin Wam area of North Waziristan based on intelligence reports about the presence of militants.
Security forces successfully carried out the operation, killing six militants and injuring six others.
The ISPR added that arms and ammunition were also recovered from the slain militants. These militants were involved in terrorist attacks on security forces and the killing of innocent civilians.
The ISPR further stated that a search operation is ongoing in the area to locate other militants, and security forces remained committed to eradicating terrorism from the country.
