According to sources, the Senate secretariat has issued a 23-point agenda for today’s session.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Senate session will be held today (Friday), after two days break, at the Parliament House in Islamabad at 10:30am, Dunya News reported.

Minister for Law and Justice, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, will lay before the Senate the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024.
As per the agenda, 14 standing committees will submit separate motions to extend time for presentation of reports while four standing committees will present their reports during the session.
Calling attention notice towards the recent reduction in interest rate by the State Bank of Pakistan is also part of the agenda. The bill related to the number of Supreme Court judges is not included in the agenda.
The House will also express its deep gratitude to the President of Pakistan for his address to both the Houses assembled together on 18th April, 2024.
