Court forms full bench to hear several cases
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Aaliya Neelum says court will hear the case of the private college incident if there is any complainant.
LHC CJ made these remarks during the hearing of Azma Bokhari’s case against fake videos on social media.
CJ Neelum remarked that no man should be seen in women's colleges and universities during study hours. She summoned the FIA DG to oversee such cases.
CJ said she would hear this case along with other cases related to harassment in the educational institutions.
Justice Neelum mentioned that fake news had far-reaching implications.
Advocate Azhar Siddique stated that the FIA had also accused journalists in the cases. CJ Neelum remarked that the court would see the matter as per law.

The court announced that a full bench who would hear the cases of harassment and fake news.
The court had directed the formation of a committee headed by FIA DG who would probe the matter.
The court had adjourned the hearing until Tuesday and summoned FIA DG.
