LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore has approved the interim bail of PTI Secretary General Salman Akram Raja on Monday until October 16 in connection with cases involving protests in Lahore on October 5.
Salman Akram Raja submitted requests for interim bail in three cases, which were heard by Judge Arshad Javed.
The court granted bail against personal surety bonds of 200,000 rupees, covering cases registered at the Islam Pura, Lari Ada, and Masti Gate police stations.
The police have named Salman Akram Raja along with other PTI leaders in the FIRs related to these incidents.
IHC grants protective bail to Salman Akram Raja
A two-member bench of the Lahore High Court, comprising Justice Shahbaz Rizvi, heard the protective bail application of PTI Secretary General Salman Akram in a terrorism case registered in Islamabad.
The court granted protective bail until October 15.
A terrorism case has been filed against Salman Akram Raja at the Secretariat police station in Islamabad.
