PTI violated the section 144 in Rawalpindi
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari warned the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur not to do vandalism in Punjab.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore on Sunday, she said that no one would be allowed to do vandalism in Punjab.
“The PTI violated the section 144 in Rawalpindi. Law will take its course in case of violence and chaos,” she said.
She added that the ruling party of KP is jealous of the progress and development being carried out in Punjab.
“Why don’t you stage protest in KP,” Azma asked.
The provincial minister said that there are over 30,000 seats vacant for teachers in KP while the number of public sector universities are also on the decline.
According to Azma Bokhari, Ali Amin Gandapur wanted to create rift between the Punjabis and Pakhtuns.

“The people of Punjab have rejected the politics of PTI as they are all praised for CM Maryam Nawaz,” she said.
Earlier, CM Gandapur claimed that they faced shelling and gunfire every three kilometers on their way towards Rawalpindi on Saturday.
He stated that he had spared Punjab police officers who got trapped while trying to resist the protestors from entering Punjab.
He warned that if fire against PTI workers was opened again, they would retaliate with force, stating, "If one bullet is fired at us, we will fire back ten, and if we are shelled, we will respond in kind."
