Malik orders foolproof security for 9th, 10th Muharram

Interior Minister has ordered foolproof security for 9th and 10th Muharram.

A Rehman Malik further instructed Home Secretaries and IGs that patrolling should improve in sensitive areas to keep vigilant eye on suspicious people.Security will be beefed up while walk-through gates will be installed in Majalis, Imam Bargahs and religious processions for checking purpose.The interior minister stressed proper checking on entry and exit points and directed increasing patrolling, especially during nights. He appealed to the citizens to cooperate with police and inform them regarding any suspicious activities in their vicinity to avoid any untoward incident.
