US intelligentsia favours civilian aid to Pakistan

An American think tank says that civilian aid to Pakistan is in favour of the US.

It was suggested that the US should continue provision of aid to Pakistan till 2011.A Washington-based think tank The Wilson Centre has said in its report that due to staunch differences in strategic point of view, the US aid to Pakistan should not be affected in any sense.The think tank further contended that US Congress should avoid creating complications by intermingling military aid with civilian one.Wilson’s experts have urged the US officials that the US aid to Pakistan should be continued till 2014.
