LAHORE (Dunya News) - Doctors have advised former Punjab chief minister Parvez Elahi to take complete bed rest following complaints of ill health.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf president has complained about breathing issues due to rib fractures.
He was taken to hospital where doctors conducted echocardiogram and other heart-related tests. The medical team examined him for more than 45 minutes.
Blood samples of the former chief minister were also collected for further examination.
The doctors have advised him complete bed rest.
Once the test reports are available, doctors will decide the best course of treatment for him.
