LAHORE (Dunya News) - Provincial ministers Azma Bukhari and Bilal Yaseen have advocated for the government and advised the opposition to let the country thrive and develop and not create hurdles.
During a joint press conference, Minister for Food Bilal Yaseen and Minister forInformation and Broadcasting Azma Bukhari have lauded the Punjab government’s efforts to control inflation as they describe it as the government’s policy.
She commended the Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Friday for her two-hour long speech in the Punjab Assembly on her reforms across the province despite opposition rowdyism.
They hailed CM Maryam Nawaz’s performance in the province in controlling prices of flour, bread and vegetables.
They stressed that Punjab CM was a quite active chief minister of any province she never took an off and she has initiated more than 100 projects within 100 days and made her vision a reality.
They asserted that poor men can purchase vegetables easily in Rs 100 to 150 and prices of flour have been reduced by 50 pc.
They hit out at the opposition who made fun of the government on bread prices, claiming that now the bread was easily accessible at Rs. 14.
They also announced that a crackdown has been initiated against adding contagious chemicals in fruits.
PML-N provincial ministers advised the opposition to let the country progress.
