LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Punjab government has earmarked Rs34 billion for the Lahore High Court in the provincial budget 2024-25.

Similarly, the Punjab government has allocated Rs40 billion for Special Courts, Rs19 billion for Civil Courts and Rs14 billion for Session Courts and Lower Courts, with an additional allocation of Rs100 million.

Furthermore, funds to the tune of Rs4.410 billion have been earmarked for the Prosecution Department and Rs4 billion for the Department of Law and Parliamentary Affairs.

Additionally, funds amounting to Rs1 billion have been set aside for the provision of interest-free loans to judges of the Lahore High Court, while Rs1.750 billion has been allocated for the Punjab Service Tribunal.
