(Web Desk) - American Senator Chris Van Hollen has said the new Pakistan government should have enough power to overcome the security and economic crises.

The senator in his letter to Pakistan Ambassador in the US, Masood Khan, has said Pakistan is needed a solid and strong government to over economic and security challenges.

He said the new government needs to take difficult but necessary decisions with the support of the people of Pakistan.

The letter stresses investigation into election manipulation and rigging allegations.

The American senator congratulated the people of Pakistan for their participation in the elections.
