LLF has all reasons to be among the most eagerly awaited events
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The 12th edition of the Lahore Literary Festival (LLF) continues to enlighten the visitors from diversified backgrounds through sessions on multiple themes.
The Alhamra Arts Council hosts the carnival of ideas which has all the reasons to be one of the most eagerly awaited events.
Luminaries belonging to various fields shed light on their relevant subjects and themes, giving participants a chance to broaden their intellectual horizons. In all, the LLF 2024 has 35 sessions.
The inaugural ceremony started with keynote addresses from LLF chairman Iqbal Z. Ahmed, British Council Country Director James Hampson, Serena Hotels CEO Aziz Boolani and EU's Head of Communication, Trade and Political Affairs Piotr Buszta who heralded the traditional bonanza for which the festival is popular.

Renowned artist Salima Hashmi and people's poet Iftikhar Arif were given lifetime achievement awards for their services in art and poetry.
Foyers of Alhamra kept on emanating a whiff of literary energy for art and fun world buffs. From fascinating sessions to to soul-touching music notes, participants are having an enjoyable experience.
The three-day event will conclude on Sunday.
