Early life and Education:
Bilawal Bhutto was born in Karachi on Sept 21, 1988. He received his early education from the Karachi Grammar School, Froebel's International School Islamabad and Rashid School for Boys in Dubai.
For higher education, he followed in the footsteps of his grandfather and mother by enrolling in the University of Oxford from where he graduated in History and Politics in 2015.
Lesser known facts about Bilawal Bhutto Zardari:
1) He is the youngest party chairman of any political party in Pakistan. He was only 19 years old when he became party chairman after the murder of his mother in 2007.
2) Bilawal ran for three NA seats in 2018 general elections. He won from his traditional family seat of NA-200 Larkana but lost from NA-246 Karachi South (Lyari) and NA-8 Malakand.
3) He is the youngest foreign minister of Pakistan.
Political Career:
Bilawal formally started his political career in the run-up to 2018 general elections. He became an MNA from NA-200 Larkana. He sat on the opposition benches from 2018-22.
During this period he remained chairperson of the National Assembly's Standing Committee for Human Rights.

He was sworn in as the youngest foreign minister of Pakistan on April 27, 2022 after successful ouster of the PTI government on the heels of a vote of no-confidence against its PM.
2024 Election:
Bilawal is currently the candidate for PM slot from the PPP. He is vying for NA seats - NA-194 Larkana, NA-196 Qambar Shahdadkot and NA-127 Lahore.
