JI has comprehensive economic plan, Siraj affirms
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Jamaat-e-Islami chief Sirajul Haq has stated that his party has 1200 experts, including professionals from every field, and has a comprehensive economic plan.
Speaking at the FPCCI on Saturday, Sirajul Haq said that there were various ways to run the economy, emphasising that there was no shortage of resources in the world.
He pointed out that God had arranged sustenance for all creatures.
Siraj noted that Pakistan faced high expenditures and low income, necessitating the need to increase its resources.
He recalled that he served as the finance minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa twice, and during his tenure, KP emerged from an economic crisis.
Sirajul Haq expressed his intention to bring Afghanistan, Iran and Pakistan to one table after the elections, stating that the enemy sought to push this region into war.
The JI chief also affirmed his commitment to bringing all political parties and the establishment to one table.
He also highlighted that half of Pakistan’s budget was spent on debt and interest payments.
