LHC to take up PTI founder’s pleas challenging disqualification in Toshakhana case on Jan 12
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Lahore High Court has fixed for hearing the petitions challenging the disqualification of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder in the Toshakhana case.
According to details, a five-member larger bench of the high court, led by Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan, will take up the pleas on Jan 12.
Other members of the bench include Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza, Justice Shahid Karim, Justice Sheram Sarwar Chaudhry and Justice Jawad Hassan.
