Rabbani says will continue to support oppressed Palestinians until their liberation
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Prominent PPP leader Raza Rabbani on Sunday strongly condemned the Israeli atrocities in Palestine, and vowed to continue to support the oppressed Palestinians until their land is liberated.
Addressing a public meeting in Lyari, the former Senate chairman recalled that [PPP founder] Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had also raised his voice for Palestine.
Rabbani also mentioned the close relationship between Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.
Drawing a parallel between Palestine and Lyari, Rabbani pointed out that bombs had been dropped in Lyari, just as they were dropped on Benazir Bhutto in Karsaz area.
