Both the cousins lost their lives due to deep water and suffocation
BAHAWALNAGAR (Dunya News) - A 12-year-old girl and her cousin lost their lives after falling into the tubewell in Bahawalnagar district on Wednesday.
The tragic incident took place in Moza Akoka Hatthar. Saira, 12, fell into the deep hole. Her cousin Azhar, 22, also jumped into the tubewell to save Saira but lost his life unfortunately.
Rescuers said both the cousins apparently died due to deep water and suffocation in the tubewell. Rescue officials recovered the bodies and handed over to the heirs after legal formalities.
