50 hand grenades seized in Jhelum

50 hand grenades have been recovered from under the Dina overhead bridge in district Jhelum.

Addressing a news conference, DPO Tayyab Hafeez Cheema said that the grenades were placed in a gunny bag under the bridge. He said the grenades were seized on a tip-off from Special Branch.He however added that the grenades were inactive and didn’t pose any direct terror threat.
