President Alvi departs for Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj

Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani has assumed duties of the acting president of Pakistan
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – President Dr Arif Alvi has departed for Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj.
According to details, family members of Dr Arif Alvi are also accompanying the president. In the absence of Dr Alvi, Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani has assumed the duties of acting president of Pakistan.
The Cabinet Division has issued a notification of his appointment as the acting president of Pakistan.
