KARACHI (Web Desk) - In a heartening turn of events, the thief who stole the mobile phone of a visually impaired muezzin in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi has returned the stolen device. The thief sent the mobile phone back through a bike rider named Hasan Liaquat.
The bike rider reported that he was surprised when he received the expensive mobile phone from the thief wondering how can someone give such an expensive device to someone else. The rider got to know the story when he reached the blind muezzin.
The thief had earlier extracted Rs35,000 from the mobile phone's online app by swindling the blind muezzin. The sufferer later appealed to the government to assist in retrieving the mobile phone and money withdrawn from his account.
