Sherman also expressed concerns over human rights violations

WASHINGTON (Web Desk) – Congressman Brad Sherman, a member of the American House of Representatives, expressed that Imran Khan was difficult for dealing with the US while premier Shehbaz Sharif was favourable.

Sherman while talking in the House of Representatives, declared that some people said that the pro-American government in Pakistan was easy for good relations.

He said that the Supreme Court ordered that elections should be held in Punjab and then in other provinces. I think Supreme Court's order is final and non-appealable, Supreme Court's order to release funds is necessary for provincial elections, the congressman pleaded.

Brad Sherman said America did not stand with any policy, power or government rather it only stands with democracy and the rule of law. The American government stands for human rights and freedom of expression.

He said that he was concerned about the concrete evidence of disappearances, breaches of human rights and torture. He said that he wanted human rights, democracy, and the rule of law in Pakistan.
