GHQ attack convicts move LHC

GHQ attack case convicts moved an application in LHC, seeking copy of verdict of Military Court.

Seven convicts including Aqeel alias Dr Usman moved an application in Rawalpindi bench of Lahore High Court by their counsel Col (r) Inamur Rahim and sought judicial review against the judgment made by the Military Court.It was also reported in the application that the Military Court had denied providing them the photocopy of the judgment; so the Military Court should be ordered to refrain from taking any action before the High Court. The court also directed the said court to provide a photocopy of the judgment.The High Court while accepting the application ordered the trial court from further action on judicial review.
