PHC grants bail to MNA Ali Wazir in inciteful speeches case
PESHAWAR (Web Desk) – Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Friday granted bail to Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement’s (PTM) detained leader Ali Wazir.
Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim heard the plea for Mr Wazir’s bail. Sher Afzal Marwat, the lawyer representing Mr Wazir, presented in the court and got the bail approved against surety bonds worth Rs500,000.
Earlier, Mr Wazir had been detained for delivering inciteful speeches against state institutions. A total of 19 cases have been lodged against him.
