There was no point in dissolving assemblies, Rafique slams Imran
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Federal Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique lambasted on Monday Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, saying there was no point in dissolving the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s assemblies.
Taking a swipe at the deposed premier, Mr Rafique said the popularity of Mr Khan in Karachi had came to an end. “Those who brought Imran in power in 2018 will also have to face consequences”, added Mr Rafique.
Recalling the time, when PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif was ousted, Mr Rafique said, “The country had witnessed the staging of drama after Nawaz’s ouster.
