Two injured in collision between two cars in Lahore

LAHORE (Dunya News) – At least two persons sustained injuries in collision between two cars in Lahore in the wee hours of Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the accident took place in Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore where two cars collided during overtaking due to which two persons were wounded.
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the injured to Services Hospital, Lahore. Rescue sources informed that the injured were identified as 25-year-old Ahmed and 40-year-old Imran.
Road accidents are quite common in Pakistan, making it one of the hazardous countries. Pakistan has one of the world’s worst records for fatal traffic accidents, blamed on poor roads, badly maintained vehicles and reckless driving.
