ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb on Friday said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz was in good condition after her throat surgery in Geneva, which lasted for three hours.
The minister, in a tweet, said the PML-N vice president had extended gratitude to the people, especially the party workers who had prayed and conveyed good wishes to her.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and party’s senior vice president Maryam Nawaz departed for Geneva from London on Wednesday,
Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb had said that the PML-N senior vice president departed for Geneva from London for her surgery. “She will return to Pakistan in the 3rd week of January to assume her new responsibilities as Chief Organizer,” the minister added.
