PML-N's popularity took a hit after Hamza Shahbaz was made chief minister: Murtaza
LAHORE (Dunya News) – In a surprise move, the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Wednesday criticised its ally Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) for picking only members of the Sharif family for the prime minister and chief minister slots.
Senior PPP Punjab leader Hassan Murtaza called PML-N a hereditary political party and said the Sharifs left the country as soon as they were removed from power and their children, just like Imran Khan’s, also were residing abroad.
The PPP leader also claimed that the PML-N’s popularity took a hit in Lahore after Hamza Shahbaz was made the chief minister.
