Starving Badin flood affectees await help

Floods have devastated Badin and its suburbs where water is everywhere.Ill-fated stranded people have no refuge as they are wandering for secure places but every inch of land is in the grip of floodwater, leaving them at the mercy of fate, with no help from outside.The majority of affected ones are women and innocent children confronted with bad circumstances, awaiting assistance from rescue teams and humanitarian groups.It is worth mentioning that land connection has been cut due to flood. The eviction of marooned people is possible only though boats and helicopters but no effective measures have been taken for provision of goods.The lives of flood affected people have become miserable. They are in dire need of diet, dress, shelter and medicines on a priority basis.
