Politicians need to stay away from establishment for better future, says Mustafa Nawaz
ISLAMABAD ( Dunya News ) – Former Senator from Pakistan Peoples Party Mustafaq Nawaz Khokhar said on Monday the politicians will have to stay away from the establishment for making Pakistan prosperous.
Mentioning the recently released by the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics ( PIDE ), he said it was written in the PIDE study that politicians are power hungry and for focus on their interests and it was for this reason elections had not been held in Islamabad.
Mr Mustafa added there was a sense of disappointment in the society and the politicians were not following any clear roadmap with the parliament did not playing its needed role.
Talking about the economy, the former senator added the lives of people had not improved for 75 years and the economy was on the brink of destruction. India and Bangladesh had moved ahead than Pakistan and it was being compared with Afghanistan.
