Islamabad airport begins screening of passengers amid Covid threat

CAA has urged passengers to cooperate with staff deployed at health counter.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Benazir Bhutto International Airport has restarted screening of passengers amid rising threat of Covid surge. 

On directions of the Border Health Services, Covid testing has been launched at the International Arrivals lounge of the airport while the entire airport is being disinfected regularly. 

The Civil Aviation Authority has urged passengers to cooperate with the staff deployed at the health counter.
