Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the entire nation will reject Imran Khan in the by-elections.
CHARSADDA (Dunya News) - Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) head and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) supremo Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Thursday said that former prime minister Imran Khan is making fun of nation, democracy, economy and parliament, Dunya News reported.
Addressing a public gathering in connection with NA-24 by-elections in Charsadda on Thursday, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that after tendering resignation, Imran Khan is trying to go to the National Assembly by contesting the by-elections again.
Fazlur Rehman said that President Arif Alvi also confirmed that there was no foreign conspiracy to oust Imran Khan from power. President also said that Imran Khan was very disappointed with the manner in which his government was ousted.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the entire nation will reject Imran Khan in the by-elections and added that voting for such a person is like destroying the country.
