ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts, while hot in southern parts of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, rain-wind and thunderstorm is likely in northeast Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan Kashmir.

Temperatures of some major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad eighteen degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-three, Karachi, Peshawar twenty-one, Quetta five, Gilgit eleven, Murree thirteen and Muzaffarabad fourteen degree centigrade.

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cloudy weather with chances of rain-wind-thunderstorm is expected in Srinagar, Leh and Shopian while partly cloudy with chances of rain-wind and thunderstorm is expected in Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag and Baramulla.

Temperature recorded this morning:

Srinagar and Shopian twelve degree centigrade, Jammu twenty-one, Leh three, Pulwama and Baramulla eleven and Anantnag ten degree centigrade.
