Sepoy Hamid Ali embraced martyrdom in exchange of fire with terrorists in Datta Khel.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - A Pakistan Army soldier on embraced martyrdom while valiantly fighting terrorists during intense fire exchange that took place in general area Datta Khel of North Waziristan district.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), on night between Wednesday and Thursday, a fire exchange took place between the army troops and terrorists in general area Datta Khel of North Waziristan. The troops effectively engaged the terrorists during the fire exchange.
However, during intense exchange of fire Sepoy Hamid Ali (age 28 years, resident of Sargodha) having fought gallantly, embraced martyrdom, ISPR statement said. Sanitization of the area is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found in the area.
It said Pakistan Army is determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers will not go unpunished.
