Aliya Hamza approaches LHC to seeks Rana Sanaullah's disqualification
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Parliamentary Secretary Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) Aliya Hamza has approached the Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking disqualification of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz’s (PML-N) senior leader Rana Sanaullah.
According to details, Aliya s lawyer Waqar Mushtaq Toor mentioned that Rana Sanaullah has threatened to surround the judges and courts of the Lahore High Court (LHC) which is tantamount to contempt of court.
Aliya Hamza s lawyer in the petition, citing the cases of Talal Chaudhry and Nihal Hashmi, raised the point that Rana Sanaullah has violated the oath.
Meanwhile, Waqar Mushtaq Toor further stated that Rana Sanaullah has violated the oath and contempt of court, a stern action should be taken against Rana Sanaullah to disqualify him.
